This Decree aims at preserving green areas and providing landslide safety during construction. In order to determine the best construction site in cities, urban green spaces shall be mapped on paper and in electronic form.
This Decree states that as a result of survey carried out by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources, maps determining the geographic coordinates of areas under risk of landslides shall be approved.
The present Decree approves the Regulation which shall govern the installation and functioning of waste landfills. Article 2 defines the application scope. The Regulation shall apply to establishments engaged in the management of non hazardous waste.
