The constitution was drafted by a Legal and Constitutional Commission, approved by the Transitional National Assembly and approved by 93.42% of voters in a referendum, before being promulgated by the President.
This sub decree has the objective to define the criteria, procedures and mechanism granting of social land concessions for residential use and/family farming. There are two types of Social Land Concession: local and national programs.
