Showing items 244 through 252 of 286.This Regional Act lays down provisions with a view to guaranteeing the rational and full use of all lands, in compliance with the related legislative framework provided for in Act No. 440 of 4 August 1978.
The aims pursued by this Regional Act are the restoration of uncultivated or abandoned lands as well as insufficiently cultivated lands for production purposes and for the conservation of the hydrogeological balance.
The Regional Act makes provision on environment conservation and on the protection of the coastal zone of the territories listed in article 1. For the achievement of these aims, the Region encourages cultivation of the abandoned lands specified by article 2.
All regional interventions aimed at soil conservation, protection of environmental balance and nature preservation shall be implemented in conformity with the general plan referred to in article 1 of Regional Act No. 36 of 16 August 1974.
