Showing items 1 through 9 of 52.These Regulations apply to certain public agricultural land, namely to land that belongs to the Government and which is mainly let for the growing of crops, flowers, fruit-trees or vines and for cognate agricultural purposes.
The present Regulations are made under the Provincial Lands Act, 2016. In particular, the Regulations lay down provisions relating to Crown resource land referred to in: a) The Forest Resources Management Act; b) The Provincial Lands Act; c) The Natural Resources Act.
The present Regulations are mande under the Provincial Lands Act, 2016. In particular, the Regulations provide for use and ownership of agricultural land in the Province of Saskatchewan.
Article 3 shall be amended to add the folowing wording: "Regional state authorized executive body shall be responsible for conclusion of lease contracts, purchase and sale contracts and free land tenancy related to land plots pertaining to the ownership of the Regional Government".
Article 6.2 shall be amended to add the following wording: "Agricultural land plots pertaining to the regional or municipal public ownership shall be allottedon lease for the period of five years to smallholders (peasant farms) participating in state programs for support of agriculture for agricu
This Act amends the Land Act in section 70 by deleting the word "prescribed". Section 70 deals with how an application for a state lease shall be made.
Article 3 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Maximum allowable land area allotted in ownership or on other terms of possession set at ten hectares shall not be applicable in case of allotment on condition of free of charge tenancy or on lease of public or municipal land plots”.
