An Act to provide for the registration of professional surveyors, the establishment of a National Council to regulate the standards of conduct and activities of professional surveyors and for matters connected with the practice of the profession of land surveying and land economy.
Le présent décret fixe les modalité d'application de l’ordonnance n° 10 du 5 mars 1976 relative à l'exercice et à l’organisation de la profession de géomètre. A cet effet, ce texte rappelle la liste des travaux énumères à l’article premier de l’ordonnance susmentionnée.
These Rules prescribe forms for purposes of the Registration of Titles Act. The fees payable in all matters connected with the forms mentioned in rules 2 and 3 wherever applicable of the principal Rules shall be those prescribed by the Minister in the Gazette.
