Showing items 1 through 4 of 4.This Act provides for the establishment of subordinate courts to the High Court in each District, and provides with respect to the jurisdiction, proceedings and administration of such courts. There shall be three classes of subordinate courts for each District.
This Act provides rules for the valuation of real property and requires the Minister to appoint for each parish a Board of Assessment. The Board shall have full power to assess the value of any property in respect of which any assessment has not been accepted and is in dispute.
