Showing items 1 through 5 of 5.This Ordinance establishes the Council for Physical Development and provides rules for town and country planning and development in general in Aruba. The Minister shall prepare a Physical Development Plan, which contains general indications of proposed development.
The land tenant shall be allowed to freely use of plants and trees that are planted by others, as far as such use is not excluded in the allocation order and subject to payment imposed by laws for the logging for other purposes than own use.
Section 11 forms part of first paragraph (entitled “Hereditary lease”) which forms part of the third Chapter entitled “Granting of rights in respect of lands of the domain”. Section 11 regulates the use of plants and trees present on the public lands tenured in long-term lease.

This Decree establishes a public corporation that shall be responsible for waste collection and processing in Aruba and the maintenance of all public land. The corporation shall be managed by a council and a director. It shall observe in its operations all existing environmental norms.
