SEC. 1. Title. — This Act shall be known as the "Anti-Squatting Law Repeal
Act of 1997."
SEC. 2. Repeal. — Presidential Decree No. 772, entitled "Penalizing
Squatting and Other Similar Acts" is hereby repealed.
