This Governmental Decree establishes that land plots shall be allotted for provisional tenancy covering the period of subsoil management for the following purposes: (a) geological exploration of subsoil; and (b) mining and construction of the infrastructure for subsoil management.
Article 72 of Land Code shall be amended to add the following wording: “Agricultural land plots of dimensions within 5 ha shall be indivisible.
This Ministerial Decree establishes that state land survey institution Kyrgyzgiprozem shall be authorized state institution in the sphere of land survey operations, mapping, cadastre on the whole national territory and shall regulate its relations with natural and legal persons by contracts.
The Law shall be amended by substitution of the wording “Agricultural Land Re-distribution Fund” with the wording “State Fund of Agricultural Land”.

This Law establishes moratorium on transfer (transformation) of irrigated arable land to other categories of land. This provision shall not be applicable to cemeteries. Irrigated arable land transferred to cemeteries shall not be used for other purposes.
Article 8 shall be amended to add the following wording: “after the wording purchase and sale shall be inserted the wording donation”.
