Article 1 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Lease payment for plots of agricultural land shall be calculated with application of index 0, 3 percent”.
Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “Owners and tenants, including leaseholders, of land plots must comply with the provisions and requirements in the sphere of ensuring agricultural land fertility”.
This Act provides rules concerning how property passes on a person‘s death. This includes reforms which relate to the rectification of wills; the effect of divorce, dissolution or annulment on a will or special destination; and the revival of a revoked will.
This Act brings about a comprehensive reform of the law relating to land rights and land planning and management in Scotland.
Land Code (No. 2768-III of 2001) shall be amended to add the following wording: “Period of lease of agricultural land plots of drained land or with drainage and land reclamation works in course, destined for agricultural production, and smallholding, shall not be less than 10 years”.
These Regulations amend the Assured Tenancies and Agricultural Occupancies (Forms) (England) Regulations 2015 by substituting new Forms 3, 4 and 5 for the equivalent forms prescribed in the principal Regulations.
