This Law concerns land surveys and marking of boundaries of land in the Cayman Islands. It establishes the Land Surveyors Board, regulates the conduct of land surveyors licensed and registered under this Act and requires survey plans and records to be deposited with Chief Surveyor.
These Regulations provide with respect to land surveys, making of boundaries and survey plans. They also, in the Schedule prescribe forms and fees.

The development of the Czechoslovak cadastre can be followed for hundreds of years, because its roots go as far back as the middle Ages. In the written records the area, land sort (cultivation, culture), value class, cadastral output, tenant and his habitation are given for each land.

The Industrial Development Board at its fourth session-'recommended to the General Assembly the convening of a Special International Conference of UNIDO immediately after the fifth session of the Board. The General Assembly subsequently decided 8 June 1971 in Vienna.
