Jordan is one of the world's most water-deficit countries with only about 4% of the total land area considered arable. As a consequence agricultural production is greatly constrained by limited natural resources.

This paper presents the pilot experiences with a contributory model to customary land registration in Northern Uganda and discusses the potentials, challenges, and recommendations for further scaling up.

This study addresses the significant issue of land fragmentation in Ethiopia, which is characterized by  small, irregular, scattered parcels  with no or adequate road access.
