This Law establishes legal, organizational and financial principles of regulation of social relations dealing with expropriation of land plots in private ownership for public needs.
Article 10 shall be amended to add the following wording: “the offender shall be obliged to restore land plot to the former state with compensation of the damages caused to landowner”.
Amends: Law No. 963-IV on state control over land tenure and protection of land. (2003-06-19)
The present Law defines the legal, organizational and financial principles of regulation of social relations that originate by alienation of land plots and other objects of immovable property located on them in private ownership for the social needs and on the grounds of social necessity.
