The objective of this Regulation is to define the methods and principles of implementing Pasture Law No 4342. Pastures are classified by the principles of their vegetation quality as: “extremely good”; “good”; “medium” and “weak”.
This Regulation concerns the procedure for the issue of the concessions required to use lands falling within public forest areas.
The present Regional Act has been enacted in order to rearrange the functions in matter of soil protection and water domain and related organization.
