This Regulation amends Annex 1 of the Regulation establishing vulnerable areas and the use and storage of fertilizers and manure fertilizers, crop rotation and implementation of erosion-control measures in these areas.
This Regulation of the Government establishes provisions concerning the action program which applies to natural or legal persons operating the agricultural production in vulnerable areas and who are entered in the register specified by the Agriculture Act.
This Regulation establishes, in accordance with the legislation of the European Community, vulnerable areas and the use and storage of fertilizers and manure fertilizers, crop rotation and implementation of erosion-control measures in these areas.
