This Regulation defines the procedure for leasing State agricultural and forestry lands, pastures and meadows.
This Regulation concerns the refusal to own or possess land. There are hereby regulated the procedures appicable to requests for land. The land above-mentioned is considered to be State-owned land to be administered and distributed by the Ministry of Agriculture and Food.
This Regulation amends articles 1(1), 1(2), 11(3) and 11(5) of Regulation No. 831 of 1998.
Areas of public forest and pasture maybe leased to public or private entities through public biddings. The designated bodies for examining and approving the awards, rules of procedure, and the type of activities allowed on these areas are provided for in the Instruction.
