Der Welthunger-Index (WHI) 2014 stellt die nationale, regionale und weltweite Hungersituation zum neunten Mal in jahrlicher Folge multidimensional dar.
Die globale Hungersituation hat sich seit 1990 verbessert, wie der Welthunger-Index 2013 anhand von Daten aus dem Zeitraum 2008-2012 zeigt. Der WHI ist um ein Drittel gesunken. Dennoch ist die weltweite Hungersituation nach wie vor „ernst“.
Der Bericht zum Welthunger-Index 2013 – der achte in einer jährlich erscheinenden Serie – stellt die Entwicklung des weltweiten, regionalen und nationalen Hungers mittels eines mehrdimensionalen Indexwertes dar.

The present Law lays down provisions relating to the right of wood and pasture exploitation in the Region of Carinthia.
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the right of passage allows persons, animals and their appurtenances to pass over somebody else’s property. The said right is granted by the Agricultural Office.
The present Law lays down provisions relating to the right of use relating to forests and pastures.
In order to create and maintain a sustainable and efficient agriculture, property rights, rights of use and cultivation rights in rural life and economic areas – keeping in mind ecological considerations - shall be consolidated by means of reclassification of the agriculture and forestry property
