Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes that the division of forest land as a result of which a remaining part of land would reach no longer the minimum size for forestry management is forbidden. The minimum size is 1 ha and a minimum width of 40 m.
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Ordinance establishes that when the costs of correction or obstruction of public waters are not covered by subsidies of the Federation, Canton or municipalities, the land owners have to make contribution as set out in the present Ordinance.
The present Ordinance implements the Agricultural Adaptation Act in its version of 3 July 1991 (BGBl. I p. 1418), the Land Parcel Act (BGBl. I p. 1091), the Land Lease Contract Act (BGBl. I p. 2075) and the German Land Settlement Act (BGBl. III 2331-1).
The present Law applies to land use planning of private and public parties in the whole of the Canton of Basel-Landschaft.
Article 1 of the above-mentioned Law establishes the “Agricultural Authority Upper Austria” which shall be the competent body for land reform in Upper Austria. The text consists of 4 articles.
The purpose of the present Law is to promote agriculture and forestry in such a way as to fulfil within the global economy their basic functions for the general well-being.
