أعد هذاالدليل للأشخاص الذين يعملون في مجال ادارة الأراضي وجميع المهتمين بالأراضي وحيازتها، وحكومتها. وبصرف النظر عن المطبوعات العديدة التي صدرت مؤكدة على أهمية الحاكمية الرشيدة في تحقيق الأهداف الانمائية، الا أن المواد المتعلقة بالحاكمية الرشيدة في حيازة الأراضي وادارتها لا تزال محدودة.
أعد هذا الدليل لمساعدة المتخصصين في حيازة الأراضي وفي الإدارة العقارية لمن يشتركون في إعادة بناء نظم الحيازة والإدارة العقارية في بلدان خرجت من صراع عنيف. وفي هذه الظروف يكون توفير أمن الحصول على الأراضي أمرا شديد التعقيد. والمعتاد أن تؤدي الصراعات العنيفة إلى نزوح كثير من الناس.
This Law consisting of 46 articles divided in 9 Chapters aims at protecting and regulating activities regarding use and exploitation of natural resources in Palestine. It establishes the General Administration of Natural Resources.
This Decree consisting of 31 articles divided in V Sections aims at regulating land ownership in Oman and guarantying lands rights to the Omani population. It states that all land in the country is the property of the State, unless specified otherwise.
This decree declares that the state has reallocated 3721.2 acres of its privately owned land in the province of Aswan (Kom Ombo) for the benefit of the commission of development and use of renewable energy. The land will be used to create solar power stations using photovoltaic cells systems.
