These Regulations prescribe: fees for registration of a subdivision proposal under section 49 of the Land Titles Act for the purposes of subsection 4(7) of the Land Administration Fees Act 1996; and transactions for the purposes of paragraph 6(f) of the Land Administration Fees Act.
This Act makes provision for official surveys in Norfolk Islands. The Administrator shall appoint a person to be the Surveyor-General for Norfolk Island. The Surveyor-General may from time to time redraw the Official Survey in accordance with this Act.
This Act imposes a fee for the registration of: (a) a transfer of an estate in fee simple; (b) a transfer of a Crown lease; (c) a change or purported change in shareholding referred to in section 55C of the Land Titles Act 1996.
This Act makes provision for the registration of title in land and defines effects of registration of title. The Act also provides other rules relative to dealings in land.
This Act defines plants as noxious weeds and lists them in the Schedule. The executive member may add plant species to this list. The executive member may require an owner of land to eradicate noxious weeds on his or her lands.
This Act makes provision for the application for and granting of a right of pasturage, i.e. a right to depasture and water horses or cattle on any land which is not enclosed by a cattle proof fence.
This Act provides for the registration of fences and provides with respect to trespass on land of cattle and other animals. Fences, whether artificial or natural, may be registered with the Registrar of Lands.
This Act makes provision for the protection of the environment and vegetation and provides rules to environmental sanitation and physical planning and development.
