The present Act lays down provisions relating to acquisition, sharing and protection of land.
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Land Titles Act (Chapter L-4). In particular, it repeals section 3; as well as section 5 which shall read as follows: “Deputy Registrar.
The present Regulation provides for the enactment of the Public Land Act. The Regulation focuses on three key themes: land management, compliance and enforcement, appeals and dispute resolution.
The present Act provides protection for both parties under a lease or agreement for sale for land where payment is made with the crops grown on said land.
