An Act to provide for the classification and administration of public land, and to regulate use of and the disposal of such land and and the acquisition of other land and related matters.
The present Act lays down provisions relating to acquisition, sharing and protection of land.
The present Act introduces some amendments to the Land Titles Act (Chapter L-4). In particular, it repeals section 3; as well as section 5 which shall read as follows: “Deputy Registrar.
The present Regulation provides for the enactment of the Public Land Act. The Regulation focuses on three key themes: land management, compliance and enforcement, appeals and dispute resolution.
The present Act provides protection for both parties under a lease or agreement for sale for land where payment is made with the crops grown on said land.
