This Decree of the Ministry of Environment defines the duties of the Land Survey Office. The Office shall, among other things, be the national authority for information on immovable property and shall be responsible for the land cadastre.
This Decree amends the Decree concerning the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry in article 1, which defines the duties of the Ministry, and in article 2, which lists offices, agencies and other bodies that fall within the administration sphere of the Ministry.

This Decree concerns the establishment and functioning of Urban National Parks as foreseen in section 7 of Chapter 4 of the Environmental Code.It requires county councils of counties where there exists an urban national park to prepare a plan for the conservation and development of such park.
