These provisions lay down some amendments and addenda to Regional Act No. 17 of 2013 making provision on environmental restoration and disposal of asbestos. The addenda concern the use of ecological methods to remove asbestos.
The present Ordinance enforces the Law on official survey of 8 November 2005. Article 1 establishes that the Ordinance applies to all issuing of extracts and elaboration of data on official land survey on behalf of competent authorities.
This Regional Act aims at the promotion and development within Toscana of social agriculture, which refers to activities carried out by agricultural entrepreneurs, as defined under article 2135 of the Civil Code.

In implementation of Act No. 257 of 1992, the present Regional Act lays down provisions intended to ensure the protection of public health against pollution caused by asbestos. The Act establishes preventive measures to be applied when decontamination interventions are carried out.
