This Decree rules in detail the proceedings of elimination of common properties of land created as a result of post-socialist land allocation procedure. The purpose of this Decree is the re-allocation of portions of land and the creation of usable land parcels.
The Land Parcel Identification System is the national identification system of exclusive state property, to be used in administrative procedures of area payments.
The purpose of this Act is to discover legal transactions concluded in the past and intended to elude resctrictive legal provisons concerning the aquisition of property and use of agricultural land, to prevent legal effects related to such transactions and to put an end to the illigal status.
This Act lays down rules regarding the acquisition of property rights of agricultural and forestry lands, the institution of usufruct right on such lands, the use of land, the control on restrictions relative to the acquisition of land, and rules regarding local land commissions.
This Decree provides that before supplying data for land surveying activity having real estate registration purpose, the congruency between data contained in the uniform real estate registration database must be verified.
This Decree lays down detailed rules regarding the subject and content of real estate registration. It specifies one by one rights and facts that must or may be registered on property records.
The territorial competence of land offices proceeding as real estate authority is set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
This Decree provides for the content of the land use register which is a computerized data base. It consists of a land use sheet and a collection of documents. Part I of the land use sheet contains data regarding the land user, Part II contains information by plots.
