Showing items 1 through 9 of 19.The present Regulation enforces the Law on Assignment and Reclamation of Lands in the Islamic Republic of Iran’. In particular, all lands in possession of the government and natural resources land is transferable except for grasslands, forests, national parks and lands of nomad’s migration.
This Act regulates the granting of permission for the acquisition of small dwellings and agricultural units. A permission is not required by residents of the same county in which the property to be acquired lies and in the other circumstances in section 1.
The amendments introduced by the present Act concern the use of land and procedures for the formation of real property. Section 38 is amended so as to provide for formation of common forests and land use rights with respect to common forests, and in particular servitude.
This Regulation is issued pursuant to sections 3, 4, and 17 of the Act relative to the right to acquire agricultural and forest land (No. 391/78). Section 1 deals with the sale of land by municipalities.

The newly established register is functionally classified as a sub-register of the Rural Activities Register pursuant to Act 1515 of 1994. Reference is made to Council Regulation (EEG) No. 3508/92 in relation with the numbering and identification system.
This Act regulates the use of agricultural land for purposes of protection of the soil and the landscape. Agricultural land is land used for cultivation or pasture, which is registered for tax purposes as an agricultural unit (sect. 1).
This Act concerns annual taxation of dwellings and small agricultural units as defined in section 1. The tax shall be paid by owners of immovable property as defined in section 5 of Chapter 1 of the Immovable Property Tax Act (1979:1152).
This Regulation consisting of 19 articles aims to regulate provisions on short-term and long-term plans to combat the harmful effects of dust in the country. The Regulation establishes the Committee to Combat Dust under the supervision of the Department of Environment.
