The Order applies to rural development. The "Common Schedule" is a form used to apply for certain types of agriculture to be carried out in specific land areas. These applications are submitted to the Danish AgriFish Agency in order to obtain partial or full subsidy for these farming activities.
The Act applies to Tøndermarsken area and aims to protect the outer borders and the lower part of watercourse Vidå and establish it as a conservation area of national and international interest. Construction, fishing, hunting and planting of trees and plants are not permitted.

The Act aims to establish a framework for the protection of surface and groundwater and for planning within the international nature protection areas.
All open streams in rural areas and lakes with a surface area of more than 100 m2 are subject to a buffer zone of up to 10 meters from the shore which may be used for fertilization, spraying, cultivation.
