This Act, which is composed of seven Sections, sets out provisions regulating ownership relations as well as settlement of related disputes in companies. Particular regard is given to agricultural enterprises.
This Act, which is composed of 18 articles, establishes the Land Fund of the Czech Republic. The Land Fund is a legal person recorded in the Trade Register. The Fund is in charge of the management of real estate belonging to the State.
The first Section of this Act, which is composed of 20 articles, lays down conditions aplicable to the transfer of agricultural and forest public lands. The second Section of the Act lays down some amendments to the Act on the Land Fund of the Czech Republic.
This Act sets up the State Fund for Soil Improvement. It also lays down amendments to the the Act on conditions of converting agricultural and forest lands from ownership of the state to other persons and to the Agriculture Law.
This Act lays down provisions on land arrangements and defines the competences of land authorities. Land arrangements aim at restructuring, consolidating or dividing lands in order to ensure the accessibility and rational exploitation of lands.
This Act amends five points of the Act on conditions of converting agricultural and forest lands from ownership of the state to other persons and amending Act on the Land fund of the Czech Republic.
