The purpose of this Act is to conserve the environment and to relieve damage to the health and property of citizens by providing for the procedure, etc.
The present Regulation enforces the Law on Assignment and Reclamation of Lands in the Islamic Republic of Iran’. In particular, all lands in possession of the government and natural resources land is transferable except for grasslands, forests, national parks and lands of nomad’s migration.
Note7: This note indicates that Ministry of Jihad-e-Agriculture shall issue permits for any exploitation of natural dense forests and rangelands.
