Decision No. 139 of 2012 supplements the Council of Ministers’ Decision No. 502 of 2011 on the uniform regulations regarding the control of the territory development. The supplements add several requirements in the application for construction permits and amend their applicable deadlines.
This Regulation applies to the transfer of rights of use of caves. These rights may be granted for scientific, ecological, cultural, historical, tourist, healing and religious purposes.
Law 10169 of 2009 amends and supplements articles 17, 19, 20, 21, 22, 27 and 32 of the law No.9482 of 2006. The amendments mostly concern the payment procedures of the non- permitted constructions.
