This Regulation amends section 2 of Regulation 480 of 2011 regarding the scope and rules of procedures.
This Regulation amends article 2 (a) of Regulation 289 of 2006 by changing the number of the ALUIIZC local departments to 7.
The Regulation delimitates the green crown of Tirana and set forth the measures taken for its protection aiming at air pollution prevention, nature conservation, protection and improvement of environmental conditions and promotion of sustainable planning based on the area development plans.
