This Act contains provisions on the planning of land, water and construction. The purpose of these provisions is to promote community development and sustainable living environment.
The objective of this Act is to ensure that the use of land and water areas and building activities on them create preconditions for a favourable living environment and promote ecologically, economically, socially and culturally sustainable development.
This decree divides into 15 sessions and consists of 188 articles. This law sets out the principles, regulations, measures on the management, monitoring of land works aiming to improve the lives of the people.
