This Decree makes several changes in Articles 4 and 5 regarding electronic registration systems and repeals Article 3 and Paragraphs 2, 3 and 4 of Article 4.
The present Regulation enforces the Law on Assignment and Reclamation of Lands in the Islamic Republic of Iran’. In particular, all lands in possession of the government and natural resources land is transferable except for grasslands, forests, national parks and lands of nomad’s migration.
Note7: This note indicates that Ministry of Jihad-e-Agriculture shall issue permits for any exploitation of natural dense forests and rangelands.
