Within the framework of the Federal Land Use Planning Act of 18 August 1997 (BGBl. I p. 2081, 2102), the present Law regulates land use planning in the Free State of Saxony. Article 1 establishes that the whole land of Saxony shall be subject to a sustainable planning policy.
