The present Agreement between the Länder Brandenburg and Berlin lays down provisions relating to matters concerning agriculture of both Länder.
Article 1 of the present Ordinance establishes that the Economy, Traffic and Innovation Offices shall be responsible for the efficient implementation of all matters dealing with agricultural promotion measures and coastal protection under Union, federal and Länder legislation.
