The present Ordinance implements article 4 of the Law of 30 August 2006 on official land valuation. In particular, the Ordinance lays down provisions relating to the correct and efficient implementation of the afore-mentioned Law.
These Rules amend the Land Disputes Tribunals (Forms and Procedure) Rules, 1993 by deleting the Second Schedule and substituting a new Schedule which lists fees for purposes of the Land Disputes Tribunal Act, 1990.
