In particular, the aim of the Law is to develop and secure the whole territory of Bavaria with a view to town and country planning thus creating and conserving healthy living and working conditions.
This work analyzes the importance of land management in Slovakia in a typically rural mountain country. It points out the importance of social function implemented in a region, especially during the economic crisis.
Customary land tenure is normally not based on codified or statutory sources, but stems from customary traditions and norms. When westernised courts have to interpret and adjudicate these customary traditions and norms, the normal rules of statutory interpretation cannot be followed.
Land valuation in the landscape consolidation projects is currently based on the Decree no. 38/2005 Coll on determining the value of land and plantations for the purpose of land consolidations.
