The purpose of the present Decree is to secure that the use of plant protection substances in forests is done in a professional manner and that interests of environment protection, public health, recreation, etc. are safeguarded.
The scope of this Decree is to clarify the possible impact that certain measures may have on the environment. Planning of measures listed in Schedule I shall always be accompanied by an environment impact assessment.
