Le gouvernement d’un pays africain peut adopter une politique de promotion de la transformation en aval de façon à augmenter sa part dans la capacité mondiale de transformation en vue d'accroitre les recettes d’exportation. Pour atteindre ces objectifs il peut décider de créer de nouvelles capacités de production ou de développer la capacité de transformation en aval des matières premières produites dans le pays.
Les activites entreprises par le Groupe conseil en application de la deuxième partie de la même résolution qui demande inventorier les précédes technologiques de production de farines composées, doivent en principe etre achèvées, en 1982.
With the goal of stimulating the production and utilisation of indigenous cereals, rootss tubers and legumes in particular sorghum in composite flours for bakery products in traditional, new and modified food products it will have the following objectives^
a) ensure better understanding of the importance and potential
for industrial application of sorghums etc. and the technologies
available for milling and baking coarse grains'
b) ascertain the status and plans of existing 'national composite

This Act provides generally with respect to compulsory purchase procedure in the United Kingdom. In particular the Act deals with the rights of appeal, and the consequent procedures. The Act applies in all compulsory purchase cases.
The present Regulations are made under the Surface Rights Acquisition and Compensation Act. In particular, section 3 establishes that “mineral” includes potash according to clause 2(e) of the afore-mentioned Act establishing that “mineral” means petroleum and natural gas, or either of them, and any other substance that the Lieutenant Governor in Council may by Regulation establish.
