These Regulations repeal the Regulations for the Agricultural land Consolidation and Redistribution Regulations 1970-75 and replace them with new provisions. The publication of the list of land owners, the list of property assessment, etc., shall be done according to the sample forms attached in the present Regulations.
This Law, consisting of 24 articles divided into 5 Parts and 1 Annex, establishes the requirements to be satisfied and procedures to be followed in case of compulsory expropriation of private property for public purposes. The Law is divided as follows: Preliminary provisions (Part I); Compulsory Expropriation Conditions (Part II); Compensation for Expropriation (Part III); Transfer Use and Disposal of Property (Part IV); Miscellaneous provisions (Part V) and Annex specifying the procedures for expropriation.
This Law may be cited as the compulsory expropriation (Amendment) Act 2014 and shall be read together with the Compulsory expropriation Laws of 1962-2006 (hereinafter referred to as the "basic law") and may be referred collectively as the compulsory expropriation laws of 1962 to 2014.
With this Law, paragraph 1 of article 4 and articles 6, 7, 8, 12 as well as the Annex of the basic Law are hereby amended. The amendments concern the procedures to be followed in case of compulsory expropriation of private property for public purposes.

This Law may be cited as the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (Amendment) Law of 2006 and shall be read as one with the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Law of 2003 (hereinafter referred to as "the principal Law"). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Laws of 2003-2006. The present Law, for a better compliance with E.U. legislation, carries forward amendments to article 9 (issuance of permits) and article 10 (functioning of plants).
This Law may be cited as the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control (Amendment) Law of 2008 and shall be read as one with the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Law of 2003-2006 (hereinafter referred to as “the principal Law”). The principal Law and the present Law shall be read as one and will be referred to as the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Laws of 2003-2008.
The purpose of this Law is the prevention and control of pollution caused by large industrial plants. The Law provides for measures to prevent pollution; when preventing is not possible, the Law aims at reducing emissions to air, water and soil and prescribes waste management measures, as well as the rational use of natural resources and energy to achieve a high level of environmental protection.
In exercise of the powers granted by article 14 of the Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control Law of 2003, the Cabinet of Ministers establishes as the date of entry into force of article 12 (which sets forth the obligation to inform the European Commission), the first day of May, 2004.
