This Act partly amends the Environment Protection Act and Planning Act, in particular Act No. 879, where the Ministry of Environment's review on the modifications, expansions and installations of facilities carrying out waste services (art. 7). As well as (art. 89b) the Ministry's establishing rules with regard to procedures in cases regulated by other legislations. In Act No. 587, the amendments concern the insertion of art.

This Act amends the Act relative to agricultural properties so as to provide for the abolition of requirements regarding the notice for the termination of a leasehold and to provide for the possibility to issue rules regarding the keeping of animals by the Minister and to provide rules regarding the size of land.

The purpose of this Act is to prevent, reduce and eliminate land pollution and avoid adverse effects from soil contamination through technical inspection projects. Chapter 4b relates to the clearing of soil and groundwater significant pollution caused by certain activities which will assess their environmental state and submit to the Environment and Food Ministry. A report on necessary steps and measures to be taken for the elimination of such pollution shall be issued by the environmental authorities.
The purpose of this Act is to enforce upon anyone keeping livestock, full damage liability in case their domestic animals are itinerant elsewhere outside the assigned (privately owned) land.
This Act contains rules regarding the consolidation of agricultural land and redistribution of agricultural land for purposes of agricultural development and improvement of land use planning. Through the implementation of these plans, the Act aims to the conservation of the environment, including the creation of recreational areas and national parks.
The Act aims to ensure that the country's land and natural resources are exploited on the basis of social protection and development, by promoting local development, employment and business activities and by monitoring air, water, soil and noise pollution. It sets rules on safety and security standards through a National Planning Committee responsible for providing a summary of land planning projects with the specification of the planning’s objectives.
This Act regulates various aspects of the management and handling of agricultural properties in order to ensure an ecologically friendly impact of agricultural activities safeguarding proper agricultural production, development of rural areas, etc. (art. 1). Agricultural properties shall be notified and registered. The Act also lays down rules relative to transfer of agricultural properties (Chapt. 7) and regulates certain aspects of ownership (Chapt.s 7, 8 and 9). Chapter 12 concerns joint agricultural properties and leases.
The scope of this Act is to protect and develop cultivation of arable lands with specific regard to requirements of environment protection and to safeguard and enhance profitable farming.Agricultural properties shall be subject to conditions of farming as specified in the present Act (sect. 2). Agricultural properties shall be real property registered as such in the register ("matrikle"). The Minister of Food, Agriculture and Fisheries may undertake the classification of agricultural land for purposes of registration and use (sect. 3a).
