    This Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture: (1) delegates powers to municipalities in specified matters of the Acts mentioned in the title (Chapter I); (2) delegates powers to county agricultural councils and county governors, in specified matters of the Acts mentioned in the title (Chapter II); (3) provides for the right and procedures of appeal within the administration (Chapter III);provides for repartition of tasks between the county agricultural councils and county governors (Chapter IV).

    This Decree of the Ministry of Environment provides for the communication of projects and operations which may cause acute or substantial pollution problems. All operations listed in section 3 shall be communicated to the State Pollution Supervision and Control Agency. They include production of pesticides and chemical fertilizer (urea). Communication of plans or operations shall include information specified in section 3. Risk assessment and information regarding pollutant contents shall be included in the communication.     The purpose of this Regulation is to ensure protection of Kristiansten Fortress, in Trondheim. This permanent protection scheme shall enable the keeping of the Fortress’ parts (external and internal) and its related land intact. This will ensure the protection of the historical and cultural heritage values of the Fortress from 1681 until today. Article 1, section 2 indicates a map of Kristiansten Fortress' buildings, walls, foundations, and other parts.

The area offers a large proportion of old forest without recent forest interventions. The area also consists of larger cultural heritage and a diverse wildlife. The outdoor recreational area covers a total area of ​​3 674 acres. The boundaries are shown in a map at a scale of 1:15 000. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest.

    The purpose of this Regulation is to preserve the scenic value of outdoor recreational terrains in areas rich with wildlife within Oslo. The boundaries of the outdoor area is shown in map at a scale of 1:12 500 of September 2013. The exact boundaries of the area shall be marked in the forest. Administrative authorities may grant permission to create paths and trails, ensure sport activities do not conflict with conservation objectives, forest management initiatives in certain sub-areas should develop a more friendly forest area in line with conservation objectives.

    The purpose of this Regulation is to increase the quality of previously drained agricultural land by providing subsidies for drainage of poorly drained soils, with potential for the increase of agricultural production and to minimize erosion and runoff of nutrients into watercourses. Subsidies for drainage of agricultural land shall correspond to NOK 1 000 per hectare.
