The Resolution lays down health rules for animal products, animal waste and by-products not intended for human consumption, and rules for certification of business operators dealing with such products.

These Regulations amend the Industrial Emissions (Framework) Regulations as regards the requirements for certain categories of installations, combustion plants, waste incineration plants or waste co-incineration plants in general binding rules that the Malta Environment and Planning Authority may adopt (see regulation 8).

These Regulations, made by the Minister under sections 117(2A) and 162 of the Local Government Act, amend the Local Government (Exemption from Building and Land Use Permit) Regulations 2015 in the Schedule to the principal regulations by deleting the words “(Individual)”, “(Self-employed)” and “(Individual/Homebased)” wherever they appear. The Schedule sets out "classified trade", which are generally exempted from applying for a Building and Land Use Permit.

These Regulations, established by Royal Decree pursuant to Act No. 71 of 2008 and the EEA Agreement Annex XX No. 1 letter a (Directive 2014/52/EU) and no. 1 letter g (Directive 2001/42/EC), seek to ensure that consideration for the environment and society is taken into account during the preparation of plans and initiatives, and when considering and on what conditions plans or initiatives may be implemented.

These Regulations amend the Compulsory Purchase of Land (Prescribed Forms) (National Assembly for Wales) Regulations 2004 by inserting new Form 9A and replacing Forms 10 and 11. The amendments apply in relation to a compulsory purchase order which is made by the Welsh Ministers or which is subject to confirmation by the Welsh Ministers. Form 9a concerns the Statement of Effect of Parts 2 and 3 of The Compulsory Purchase (Vesting Declarations) Act 1981.
This Law, consisting of 69 articles divided into five Chapters, defines the regime applicable to the expropriation of immovable property and establishes rules and procedures for cases in which the State, with a view to the pursuit of a public purpose, is impelled, in the absence of other viable alternative solutions, to call upon itself the ownership of immovable property in the private domain. It specifies the cases in which expropriation is allowed, such as: when the property must pursue a purpose of public utility.
This Presidential Decree, consisting of 156 articles divided into seven Chapters and one Annex, regulates the principles and norms for the organization and functioning of Local Government Bodies, establishing the respective organizational structures, as well as their operational mechanisms in the field of Agriculture, Livestock, Fisheries, Environment, Health, Social Security, Gender Equality, Energy and Water resources.
These provisions lay down some amendments to the Industrial Emissions (Integrated Pollution Prevention and Control) Regulations as regards coordination of the Malta Environment and Planning Authority with other competent authorities.
