This Act establishes the Office of the Administrator of Stool Lands, in accordance with article 267 of the Constitution as a body corporate, defines the functions of and designates the head of the Office as the Administrator of Stool Lands. The Act also concerns creation of interests in stool lands and ten percent of the revenue accruing from stool lands shall be paid to the Office to cover administrative expenses and the remaining revenue shall be disbursed in specified proportions by the Administrator.
