    This Chapter of the Florida Statutes provides for soil and water conservation. Its policy objective is to promote the appropriate and efficient use of soil and water resources, protect water quality, prevent floodwater and sediment damage, preserve wildlife, protect public lands, and protect and promote the health, safety, and general welfare of the people of this state. The Chapter creates soil and water conservation districts.

    This Act makes provision for the administration of estates of persons dying outside Uganda in a State listed in the Schedule to this Act and leaving property within Uganda. If no person is rightfully entitled to administer the estate of the deceased person, the consul, vice consul, or consular agent of a listed State may take possession and have the custody of the property of the deceased person. He or she shall immediately apply for letters of administration of the property of the deceased person, limited in such manner and for such time as to the court shall deem fit.

    SUMILLA:  Modifica los Arts. 213 al 216, 226, 420, 442, 776, 1096, 1124, 1125, 1304, 1312, y 1940 del Código Civil; modifica el inciso 6° del Art. 83 del Código de Procedimiento Civil, reformado por el Decreto del 14 de junio de 1889; abroga los artículos 217 al 225, 399, 400, 905, 934 y 1029 del Cód. Civil, y los Arts. 4 y 5 del Cód. de Comercio. RESUMEN : Esta Ley declara que la mujer mayor de edad, sea soltera o casada, tiene plena capacidad para el ejercicio de todos los derechos y funciones civiles, en iguales condiciones que el hombre.
