The National Agency of Territory Planning (NATP) is a public agency under the authority of the ministry responsible for territory and urban planning. The Agency performs coordinating functions in the process of preparing and drafting planning and development documents and supports vertical and horizontal coordination between authorities involved in this process.The Regulation consists of eight Chapters: General Provisions (I); NATP Organization and Functioning (II); NATP Duties and Responsibilities (III); Support for the professional training and development of the territory planning professionals (IV); Inter-Institutional Collaboration with Third and International Parties (V); Public Information and Consultation (VI); NATP staff recruiting (VII); Final Provisions (VIII).
