Anagrasar Samaj Unnyan Songstha (ASUS) was started on 1998 as a non profitable and non political voluntary organization to provide support to the Indigenous people of plain land in Bangladesh. It was established to promote rights of the Indigenous Community and their empowerment. It has strong experiences in group approach, community participation, training on different areas of development, mass awareness creation in the field of the land rights, child rights, labor rights, water & sanitation, health and hygiene, recovery of Indigenous culture.

La revue des Annales de géographie a été fondée en 1891 par Paul Vidal de la Blache. Publié par l’association pour l’anthropologie du changement social et du développement (APAD), Anthropologie & développement prend la suite du Bulletin de l’APAD. La revue promeut des recherches visant à une compréhension des interactions entre les dynamiques de changement social et les politiques et interventions de développement. Son champ porte tant sur l’action publique dans les pays “en développement” ou touchés par des crises humanitaires et politiques, que sur les politiques et pratiques des institutions d’aide.

Anthropology Watch, Inc., or AnthroWatch, was founded by a group of Anthropology graduate students of the University of the Philippines Diliman, with the purpose of bridging a perceived gap between the academic focus of education and the practice of development anthropology through actual engagement in development work. The organization and was registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) in September 8, 1994.

Antipode

Antipode publishes innovative papers that push at the boundaries of radical geographical thinking. Papers will be rigorous and substantive in theoretical and empirical terms. Authors are encouraged to critique and challenge settled orthodoxies, while engaging the context of intellectual traditions and their particular trajectories. Papers should put new research or critical analyses to work to contribute to strengthening a Left politics broadly defined.
